Toni López talks in Via Empresa about the new housing measures

Last month, the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, presented a package of 12 measures aimed at addressing the housing crisis in Spain. These measures have sparked widespread debate in the real estate sector, with diverse opinions on their real impact.

In this context, our CEO, Toni López, was interviewed on January 15th by Via Empresa to analyze how these decisions could affect both businesses and families. During the interview, Toni explained that although the measures aim to tackle the lack of access to housing, the main challenge lies in their implementation. “It’s not enough to announce measures; they need to be practical and effective to make a real impact on the sector,” he pointed out.
